Adult Football at Bardwell F.C.

Bardwell F.C. currently runs both Men's and Ladies adult teams. Each team has it's own page containing team photo, contact points, Sponsors links and Fixtures & Results.

   

Bardwell F.C. is always happy to welcome new adult players of any skill level and experience.

Last year our Men's team had an excellent season finishing 4th in Division 2 of the Banbury & District Lord Jersey Football League scoring 75 goals in 26 games.  In the 4 Cup competitions entered, they reached the 1/4 finals in 2 competitions and the last 8 in the other 2 competitions beating 4 Premiership teams during these cup runs.  We have great hopes for this season of promotion and going even further in the cups.

This year sees the launch of our Bardwell F.C. Ladies team and we are especially keen to recruit new female "superstars" for our first season.  They will be playing in the Thames Valley Counties Women's Football League so "good luck to the Ladies" for their inaugural season.

Bardwell F.C. colours are Yellow Shirts, Blue Shorts and Blue Socks with Yellow trim. All kit is provided to every player by the club but remains the property of the club and is required to be returned at the end of each season.

In addition many teams get sponsorship and then are able to provide further kit such as waterproof jackets, training sweatshirts and a different "away" strip. Again these are provided by the club under the same terms.
